May Day Eve radio broadcast for staff
The customer didn’t want their webinar to be too traditional or packed with too many serious topics. The solution was an engaging, unique and individual radio channel for CGI’s internal use.
The feedback from the listeners was overwhelmingly positive and many employees noted during the broadcast that it was their best staff event ever. The listeners also expressed their wish to have a sequel at Midsummer and to do the May Day Eve broadcast again next year.
The event was particularly praised for its engaging nature and for not being a traditional webinar. During the broadcast, information and content were shared with the listeners in a more entertaining manner. CGI has offices in 18 locations, so the listeners were also happy with how it easy it was to participate in the event no matter where in Finland they were.
The feedback provided by CGI exceeded all expectations. The May Day Eve radio broadcast was a smash hit, with roughly 1,000 to 1,200 listeners tuning in during peak times.
