To secure our growth, to better our customer experience and to support our team of professionals, we have decided to strengthen our organization with a new Managing Director.
50 % growth from last year has continued and Factor Nova is reaching for a 10 million euro turnover in the year 2019. We are eager to be proactive and willing to remain in our position as a most wanted partner, service provider and employer in the event marketing business in Finland. To secure this, we have decided to grow our management team and reorganize responsibilities.
Our new Managing Director, starting from 1.1.2020 is Maria Ekroth. Maria will join our team from Reumaliitto, where she has worked as a CEO for four years. Maria is an event marketing professional; while working as a CEO at Lastenklinikoiden Kummit Ry, she has been leading the creation of many well-known event concepts. Besides that, Maria has led her own event agency for many years.
We are very inspired to have a person and an event marketing expert such as Maria Ekroth joining our team of professionals.
Our current CEO and partner, Mikko Noronen we will continue to lead our event production, develop services and new businesses, and further strengthen our domestic and international partnerships.
