Irina’s virtual gig offers first-class entertainment in the midst of the coronavirus
Cisco wanted to build its image as an employer and bring some joy to its employees and partners by streaming a concert during the corona crisis. The artist of choice was Irina, a charismatic and fascinating Finnish singer-songwriter. The technology was provided by Youngfield and the gig was streamed through Cisco Webex Teams. The stream kicked off with Cisco CEO’s brief greeting to the staff.
The gig was a cost-effective experience that brought joy to employees working from home via remote connections due to the coronavirus pandemic. Messages and images sent by the employees, which could be seen throughout the stream, created a sense of togetherness, positivity and a mentality that the team will get through this.
The stream was viewed by several hundreds of people who thanked Irina for creating an amazing atmosphere during and after the gig. The customer gave us excellent feedback for organising the event.
