2020 season launch for sales representatives
Nosh’s new autumn 2020 collection has been launched virtually for sales reps who organise clothes parties in their homes. The aim included lifting team spirit, generating energy and getting everyone in the mood for the new season. Instead of professional models, it was Nosh’s own staff who showcased the clothes at the virtual fashion show, which gave the event a personal, individual, light and relaxed feel.
The purpose of the event was to engage the sales reps. The participants had the opportunity to make comments, ask questions and take part in polls through chat during the event. A light studio was set up in Factor Nova’s premises for streaming. The fashion show programme also included speeches and a panel discussion.
The annual kick-off event is always much anticipated. Many participants were very excited to see if they could network and watch the fashion show this time around. The event exceeded the participants’ expectations, and many liked the fact that it is so much easier to attend a virtual than a physical event.
