CWT 360 Experience took place at the brand new Clarion Helsinki hotel and was the second event held at the hotel after the opening. Event’s programme consisted of visiting partner stands were the guests could get personized offers by registering at the stand by NFC readers, high quality speeches and keynotes such as Madventures, a famous traveller duo, and of a cocktail hour where guests could strengthen their relationships with one another while listening to Lauri Schrek playing Electric Kantele, a traditional finnish instrument in a brand new and innovative way.
Innovations and new technologies were in great part of the event. At the sign in guests received personized wristbands with NFC chips, when visiting partner stands they could attend raffles or get personized offers by touching a pad. Augmented reality was used for the first time in Europe at a seminar stage when the host Joona Kortesmäki entered the stage by jumping out from an airplane’s window when starting the seminar. Event was filmed from the build up till the finishing keynote and the seminar was finished by showing edited event video of the day. Guests were given a full 360 experience at the event!
Over 200 CWT’s most important customers and prospect experienced the event together with over 30 CWT travel and meeting and event professionals and over 20 partner representatives.
